Flat rate of $12.00 per month.

Trash

Poly Cart - $10.00 per month per cart

Pick up - once a week - Thursdays

Water/Sewer/Trash Billing Cycle

1st of each month bills are sent out, payment is due by the 15th each month

payments made after the 15th will receive a $5.00 penalty.

Reconnection fee for delinquencies $25.00

Returned Check fee $25.00

General Rules for Carney Utilities Service

Bills are mailed to be in your box by the first of the month

Cutoff notices will be mailed on the 20th of the month

If bill is not paid by designated cut-off date, services will be terminated.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for re-connection. If further use occurs after cut-off, the meter will be pulled and a $75.00 fee will be charged for re-installment. This will be billed to the responsible party on the account.

A $20.00 transfer fee will be charged to the accounts of those who change their service address.

After two years of perfect credit (paying your bill in full every month by the 15th, you may request your water deposit to be refunded.

A $25.00 charge will be assessed for all returned checks.

All dogs must be tagged and registered with the town
